Hi! I've searched high and low and cannot find reference to your picture.... assuming the artist is Algernon Talmage. Many of his images deny access or have copyright restrictions. There are some images available, sadly, none are yours. I did locate a Gallery that includes him in their roster of artists. You might contact them for additional leads.
