I'm shooting for a december wedding so my deadline for this loss will be the begining of december.
Will walking daily and crunches be enough?
Please suggest any exercises that you think would be beneficial.
I eat a pretty balanced diet of about 1800 calories a day broken up into 3 or 4 small meals.
water, flavored water, sugar free red bull and tea are the only things I drink.
Thanks in advance for any help.

Walking an hour once a day is enough, as long as you include eating restraint, such as avoiding foods with lots of sugar. Also avoid white bread, chips, or any other high processed food. Foods high in protein and whole grains are the best. Since you already take in only 1800 calories a day, (that is really low, did you include the calories from any drinks you many consume?), you should be able to walk off the calories.

Running, or even a slight jog is better then walking. If you can, ease into running. On your walks run for maybe 1 minute at a time then walk for 3 minutes, and gradually run more and more until you can run for 45 to 60 minutes straight. Once you become a runner you will never go back. I am now a runner for life, before I could never imagine myself running more then 100 feet.

Good luck with the weight loss,

MC

Walking in crunches should be plenty. Also to make a variety for yourself you can do other things such as reverse crunches, in which you bring your legs up instead, you can lay yourself down on the ground and get yourself into a plank postition, in which your forearms are on the grounds, like a push-up position and hold for 30-45sec. many great workouts are available look in magazines, those workouts really do work.

You've got lots of time, so walking, crunches, and a proper diet should be enough.
