Serious answer: almost certainly not. It's usually scrambled and needs decoding either through a cable box or a CableCard.

The digital cable boxes are called descramblers.

The signal sent into the house on the cable is scrambled, and the descramblers clean it up so you can see it.

A TV without a descrambler can't "see" the HBO signal because it would still be scrambled.

Answer then, is no.

You could split the signal after the box and get signal to the other TVs. But all would have to watch the same channel. ~
