Guess what you are already taking it if you have city water. Chlorine is the active ingredient in bleach and it is put in most city water supplies at a safe level for humans already.

Bleach does not kill MRSA. A more effective item to use is tea trea oil as that does take care of MRSA. All of my cleaning and health products are tea tree oil based. I don't use bleach as it is way to toxic. Just breathing the fumes is dangerous.
