Soak urself in a bath, and put vicks on it. I'm serious, vicks works, get the vicks vapor that comes in the small circular tube, apply some on ur hand and rub it over the sunburn. It works, hope u feel better!

Here's a few suggestions. I sunburn easily and I always get sick when I'm burnt so I really sympathize. If you have a bottle of aloe gel from the store, keep it in the fridge so it will be cold when you apply it. Really feels good. Take a dose of aspirin every 4 hours. The aloe will help to moisturize the skin, so use it, even if it doesn't feel like it's helping. Keep your body cool, but not cold. Wear light weight clothing and stay near a fan. IMPORTANT: drink lots of water!

A few dont's: Don't put lotion or creme other than aloe gel on your burns. Don't take warm or hot showers or baths, only use cool or lukewarm water. Also, avoid soap as it will dry your skin too much.

Hang in there honey, and keep drinking plenty of water. If you get severe chills, it might be wise to call the doctor.

This is going to sound weird but it has helped me - soak a washcloth in milk and place on the burned area.

If the Burns are really bad, it may not hurt to get them checked out, it could be worse then you think.
