Yes it does. IE utilizes ActiveX controls that are very unreliable and insecure. You should get Firefox. It uses add-ons that can easily be disabled and uninstalled at will. Firefox is faster, more reliable and more secure than IE.

click run and paste C:application FilesInternet Exploreriexplore.exe and click ok your IE will shootup with default website. OR bypass and make a shortcut! to everywhere u want C:application FilesInternet Exploreriexplore.exe
