it does not work at reducing body fat.

detox diets are not balanced and are usually very caloric restrictive to a point that is below the basal metabolic rate. once the calories are dropped below what the BMR requires then the metabolic rate slows and the amount of free fatty acids that are used for energy is decreased.

detox diets results in the loss of water weight from the combination of a severely reduced carbohydrate intake and caloric intake.

if you want to change the body composition and reduce the body fat % then a balanced diet of mainly whole foods is the only way to go

Lemon juice is a diuretic. Basically you will loose water weight. You'll pee like crazy. Yes, when you finish the diet, you WILL gain the weight back.

no, to many sugars. the only way to get healthy, loose weight or build muscle is with a healthy diet

I recently asked this question, and the Lemonade diet is really a cleansing thingy, that cleanses your body of toxins, people had seen weight loss from it, but they told me that you owuld gain most of it back, if not all.

So yes it does, but once you wean yousrelf off, you'll gain it back.
