Start walking while you are pregnant, that will help tone your muscles and keep you in shape for afterwards. You can also do light strangth training or yoga. I bought a DVD of yoga for pregnancy and it was awesome!

After you have the baby start an exercise plan as soon as your Dr. gives you the OK. Combine aerobic and strength training to achieve optimum results.
I have a 19 month old and still see some cellulite, but am continually seeing more muscle tone and the cellulite going away. I need to do more strangth training to see better results. It will take time. I was told to give myself a full 2 years as not to put your body through too much change in a short amount of time.

Congrats on the pregnancy and Good Luck!!

Ahh, I hope so. lol, actually, it will get rid of some cellulite looking fat deposits, but for the real thing? It can only sometimes minimize the appearance of it. Have you seen those pictures of the fit celebrities with cellulite on magazine covers? It's just a fact of life. If you're willing to spend money, there are some treatments that have a 50% chance of working. Injections, certain types of lipo, even topical therapies all claim to rid cellulite, but their effects aren't universal. Until then, exercise, just so you'll feel better about yourself. Everyone has flaws, learn to love... well, at least tolerate, yours :-) They're what make us HUMAN.

Start exercising now so you can still be healthy for your baby, and get started on getting rid of the cellulite. But, yes the cellulite should come off with the right nutrition andexercise. If you want to, you can try this new lotion by Nivea, ccalled good bye cellulite. It firms up your thighs and makes the celulite go away. Good Luck!

Cellulite is THE most stubborn of all fats. It is nearly impossible to get rid of. I've had it since I was a teenager, and have found no way to get rid of it. It is caused by poor circulation, and has very little to do with diet, your overall weight, or age.

However, there are things to do that can help make it look smoother. Massage and exfoliate the area in the shower at least once or twice a week, and try to get some exercise to boost your circulation. You can try creams, but I haven't found one yet that works.

I am so busy with my 5 kids (all under 8 years old!) and I hate exercising and dieting, life's too short! So I thought the only option for getting rid of my ugly cellulite was to book in with a set of weekly medical roller treatments. Job done.

However, they cost me a monstrous $3000 and, you guessed it, did absolutely nothing. I couldn't believe it. It left me thoroughly depressed.

I saw this info on the web and I gave it a go, what did I have to lose now! And, my god this is genius. Quick and easy. I feel so wonderful in my new, smooth, renewed figure! I am a yummy mummy now!

Cellulite Disappear?

Cellulite is hard to get rid of. For me, using weights can diminish the appearance of Cellulite, but it really never goes away. Some people say drinking lots of water or massaging the area helps.

To help get rid of cellulite, and tone your butt, you can follow these simple tips:

Drink Water - Drinking water can help to reduce cellulite, but not for the reason that you normally hear. Water does not flush "toxins" out of your cellulite, or anything else. Water is good for the skin, and can help improve elasticity and make your skin look tighter and younger. This not only makes you look younger, but can help tighten the skin on the thighs and butt.

Exercise - Many so-called "experts" claim that running, biking, and cardio are good ways to get rid of cellulite. While this is partially true, its certainly not the fastest or most effective way to do it. Targeted resistance training can deliver much faster and more noticeable results. It's also more effective at burning fat than doing cardio, contrary to popular belief.

Cellulite will always be there but there are ways of how to limit their prescence. I'm not trying to endorse any products but you can try Nivea, I've tried them before and it made my legs firm. Or you can also go to a tanning salon and have it tan.
