Is it essential to install a printer to see the "print preview !" I didnt install a printer. I have WINDOWS XP PROFESSIONAL EDITION OF MICROSOFT .Simultaneously, it is also not showing "Page break", "Print area" also. Please guide me/

Go to your printers and choose "Microsoft office image writer" as your printer- (I am assuming you don't have one on the computer you are using or this would not be a problem)

That will keep the office products fat and happy and allow you to view the print preview.
