Any good quick ideas to get some energy? My kids are about to get up from there nap and i feel like poop! I need to get some energy quickly and coffie is not cutting it.

try some juice a cold shower and just try to9 take it easy for the afternoon. all that sugar is really going to do is give you a temporary high. so anyway best of luck!!

When your kids get up, take them outside. Getting yourself moving will give you a boost of energy. Worse case, pop in a movie and take a nap on the sofa with the kids.

For me anything from
Jamba juice works well. After I had my baby last month I was exhausted most of the time and not eating well. I would go there, get my favorite drink (orange-a-peel) and have them put an energy boost in it. They have a variety of different "boosters" to put in which are pretty much vitamins and that worked for me every time. Try their website to see if there is one near you:

When your kids get up from the nap, put them in the stroller and go for a brisk walk. Walking always gives me energy. Its worth a try.

take 15 minutes to meditate!
relax your mind!
now picture a large light that is orange and yellow (energy colors) and emgine that this light is headed straight for any opening you have your ears your mouth everything ... yes there too!
and just imagin it filling your body look down and feel the colors move in your body.
then snap back to reality...
and wake up the kids and beleive that it worked and you'll be fine!
BTW it shouldn't take more then 15 mintues!

Dont stay on the computer too long. Try eating a banana, splash cold water on your face, scream at the top of your lungs, jump around like an idiot, shake your head till it feels like dropping off....you know them sort of things!!

Take a cold shower. That will wake you up and energize you. Then play loud music and do stuff to keep you busy and active. Good luck I totally understand.

Try sugar water, or eat a quick chocolate bar
that stuff always helped me..good luck!

maybe you should try to have a power nap of your own when the kids are down that we the entire household Will be rested.
