Can i use Bio-Oil for those black circles around the eye???

Hi mates, i was wondering if i can use Bio-Oil to get rid of those black circles around the eye??? as i am going to buy it for some scars i got, can i also use it for black circles around the eye????

Nothing topical. Black circles related to kidney function and/or lack of sleep.

Yes...also if you have bags use Preparation H under your eyes and it will fix it =)
