I am trying to tone up and saw to eat protein rich foods.

Meats are your best sources of protein. Also nuts and eggs if you are a vegetarian and beans - particularly legumes.

Cottage cheese has the highest protein content of all cheeses.

Non-meat/dairy sources of protein are much lower in fat, but are also comparatively lower in protein.

Cheap protein: Eggs, milk, insects (ants taste pretty good) Soy beans.

Not so cheap: Cheese, meat, tofu

chicken, fish, tuna, steak, protien shakes. dont eat nothing fried.. it defeats the porpuse...cool?
