I'm 5'9.5. I used to be 5'9' and 110 lbs. I gained alot since then. I want to be 125-135 again, along with my 27 inch waist. I miss it. I felt good then. So I want to know, is this healthy?

A loose rule of thumb for women and weight is 100 pounds for 5 feet and 5 additional pounds per inch over 5 feet. So, for 5'9" that would mean roughly 145 pounds for optimal weight. This would adjust up or down, naturally, depending on build, etc.

In my opinion, 110 lbs. is too skinny for someone that is 5'9". I'm 5'4" and when I weighed 112 lbs., people said I looked sick. I can't imagine what being 5'9" and 110 lbs looks like. Anyway, 125-135 sounds like a good weight for someone your height. I have gained a lot of weight too. I'm now at 128 lbs. but I think it's b/c I started taking BCP's.

Is what healthy?

To be 125 - 135 again? Probably not...but ask your doctor. I am 5' 7" and my middle range of good weight is 155. (I have been rated as large-boned) Right now that the is the weight I am trying to achieve.
