I mean they really are comfortable whats so bad about them? Im a baptist girl and use them and some christians say you will rot in hell for using them why what is the big deal?

I am a member of the Church of Christ, and I have never heard of this. I think you may have gotten some misinformation, or worse, somebody is a complete religious nutcase taking it to the nth degree. Tell them to get a life and live as Christ would.
We live in a more advanced age, therefore the ability to have modern convienances are available to women today. If others want to live in the dark ages.....so be it.

Who ever told you was probably over reacting! Because I am Christian and I go to church every sunday and have had all of the sacraments that I can have at this age and......I LOVE TAMPONS!
well they sure are better than pads....it feels like a diaper =P

I have never heard of that one but that's kind of funny. I'm a christian and I've used one since I was a teenager and I never once thought it was "wrong". But no one has the right to tell anyone they are going to rot in hell, if they are saying things like that then they aren't true chrisitians but just hypocrites.

I have never heard this! I have heard people say that using tampons could break your hymen, therefore causing it to appear you are not a virgin anymore. For the record, if you have accepted Jesus into your heart and made him your savior, you will not go to hell, no matter what the baptist thumpers say

Stop making stuff up! No Christian would ever tell you that - especially one of the Baptist denomination. BUT, if one did and you are concerned about it, instead of using a tampon you might try using a roll of paper towels.

Here's a good one....
My mother didn't want me to wear tampons when I was a teenager because I might enjoy inserting them just a bit too much.
It's ridiculous! I just bought them and kept them hidden. She could wear them, but I couldn't! Oh, and she was/is Church of Christ. I don't think they teach this....I just had really weird parents..... And people wonder why I'm strange.

i actually knew a couple girls when i was growing up whose parents wouldn't let them use tampons, claiming religious reasons. I think it is going overboard, since tampons are completely practical.
The sad thing about christians is they pick and choose what sins are...I am a christian, but i try to avoid this judgmental practice.

They are so stupid i mean really why would you burn in hell for wearing a tampon. Don't listen to them they got that all wrong . It say's nothing in the bible that you will rot in hell for wearing a tampon.

I don't know WHERE they are getting that bit of info, but I can't imagine that it's true. Actually, it's just silly to think that. "Some" Christians say a lot of things that have no basis in fact.
