Oh, this one would be so fun, there are so many ways you could go with this. You could hang that brown fish netting behind focal points, like the cake table, hang sea shells or gorgeous tropical flowers from it to make it more formal. Vases of tropical flowers, tiki torches, shells. Sprinkle colored sand on the tables, like confetti, set out vases of colored sand, layered with your wedding colors, bowls of live fish centerpieces that can be given as favors afterwards. You can set the bowls on mirrors and have tealight candles on the mirors which really make the mirror and water in the bowls sparkle. Instead of live fish, fishbowls with sand and water and shells with floating shell shaped candles. Umbrellas, coconuts, tropical fruit, like pineaples, cocktail glasses are all less formal and fun. Dried moss or seaweed can be set around the bottoms of vases or bowls for a beachy feel. If you wanted to go all out, you could have a thatched hut for the bar area or other food serving areas, then it would be a great focal point for your backyard.

Have beach games like volley ball, football, ready if the weather is good. Can you have a fire-pit there? Clam bake anyone? Smores? Luau theme? Lei necklaces, coconut bras, grass skirts. tiny umbrellas in drinks. Party favours are cheap in dollar stores. You can also go with a theme and shop at a dollar store for items as gag gifts.
I did this when I make "Christmas Crackers" for the family. There was no "pop" but the prize was better. My brother got a whoopee cushion, my sis got a key chain with tiny workable screws, other sis got loaded dice, friend got a set of marked cards, etc.
Good Luck, Congratulations and have fun!

I hope most of your guests are from around Daytona. It would be a shame for them to travel so far for a beach wedding only to find the event being held inside. Have you thought about having it outside and talking to the hotel about a rain-plan? Or maybe having the ceremony outside and the reception inside. I don't know, its such a tease to have the beach right outside the window and being stuck inside.

id include a trial size bottle of baby powder in each party favor sache'. If its on the beach, people may get sand on them. If you put baby powder on you, the sand falls right off.

Another idea: plastic spoon with a hersheys Kiss, and a Hershey's Hug candy on it, with a piece of toil to keep it on the spoon. Tie with a ribbon... attach a note that says "a spoonfull of hugs and kisses from Bride & Grooms name".

small potted plants work nice as favors and can pull double duty as part of your centerpieces, you can see if a local candy company would package chocolate covered pretzel rods in packs of 2.
