Well, as far as liquid diets go I gave you links to two sites that have replacement shake meal programs. Those work really good, and you're not hungry at all! Plus they are all natural and organic.
If you're looking for solid foods try The Oriental 7-Day Quick Weight-Off Diet by Norvell or Fat Smashers by Dr. Ian Smith.
Of course you know you need to exercise. Find a good work out plan, you can walk or jog, or swim. Check out work out DVD's at your local bookstore. I would hold off of lifting weights for balk, if you're doing it for tone then fine.

You might think about trying this book called "The Movie Star Diet" by Steve Simmons. It helped me lose thirty pounds in 2 1/2 months when I didn't think anything would work. My goal to begin with was only 20 lbs! It has a really easy plan to follow and an excellent workout as well.

How about Jenny Craig? All of the food is preportioned for you. Same thing with the Zone, or any other kind of home delivery food service. As long as you eat the delineated portions, you should be good to go. If you can't afford that you could try just eating frozen (again preportioned) meals, making sure the calorie content is within reason. There are all sorts of frozen meals, even desserts!

it really doesnt matter what diet you use if you dont excercise as well to help lose the weight. and liquid diets only work until you start eatting again for it will just store it for you have shocked the system. though drinking hot tea is know to help. why dont you see to many skinny asians is because they have healthy foods and eat in moderation as well as walk or ride a bike alot. not counting the ones that became americanized. so walking to the store or work if close will help you and good luck what ever you do.

Change your exercise routine every 4 to 6 weeks otherwise your body will get used to the routine. You have been lifting weights and you have been walking, maybe its time to increase your distance or your speed, also add something else like cycling or something else you like doing. Try to eat 5 to 6 healthy (smaller) meals this includes snacks too.

I tried 100% Hoodia and it has worked for me! (And with no side effects!)
Check with your doctor before starting any weight loss program.

The problem w/Hoodia is 90%+ are scams. The real Hoodia is expensive and only the one imported from S.Africa has been shown to work. Many people go for the low cost scam Hoodia and have no results!
Make sure you don’t get ripped off with these tips…

#1. Be sure you are buying pure Hoodia...look for the import certificate on the website. No matter the price, if they do not display this, you really do NOT know what you are getting!

#2. Be sure it is 100% Hoodia & not mixed w/other herbs, etc.!!

#3. Keep in mind it stops your hunger pangs…you MUST remember to break your habit to always eat at certain times.

#4. Drink a full 8oz. glass of water with it!

Hoodia (HOOD-ee-uh) gordonii - A genus of 10 to 20 species from southwestern Africa.
Hoodia gordonii is the stoneage wonder plant found throughout the dry arid regions of the South western African continent now on the verge of making history in the fight against obesity. It is a genus belonging to the Asclepiadaceae family which consists of approximately 20 species. Used to stop hunger, quench thirst, and provide energy among other things since prehistoric times, Hoodia gordonii was first discovered by the San tribesmen and women to get through the most difficult of times.

for almost ten years i have been overweight. the only two diet plans that worked for me was #1-- I got pregnant. I lost 35 lbs. that way (baby was healthy, no dieting or exercising involved)
#2-- When I met my boyfriend 5 years ago, I weighed 220 lbs. I went to work in the pecan fields with him, I was walking and bending all day (literally, sunup to sundown) I drank LOTS of water, and ruby red grapefruit juice. The juice boosted my metabolism (Dr. said he cant have it with his heart meds for that reason) and I went down to 165lbs. that is ALL that has worked for me

I lossed a lot of weight with Jenny Craig, but they are expensive, if you have the money it's worth it. Or try the following for free.

Many people keep trying new diets, fail, and then switch to another one. The reason is that they leave you hungry, deprived of vital nutrition and thus slow down your metabolic growth. One of the major health programs that claim to bring an end to all your problems is the peak fitness plan.

The first step towards following the peak fitness plan is to making a commitment. This commitment wont be to your family, friends or spouse but to yourself. You should start by clearing your cupboards of all the junk food. Imagine an image of yourself at the end of your weight loose program and then commit to see yourself exactly like that, if not slightly better on the completion of your commitment period.

Another step of peak fitness plan is to have small meals at frequent intervals and monitor your eating habits. The idea is to have everything in moderation and chart your progress. Set yourself short term and long-term goals and achieve them at any cost. But make sure that your goals are realistic, practical and achievable. Check your progress from time to time; the good results will keep you motivated.

According to the peak fitness plan, the most effective way for burning extra body fat is through aerobic exercises. It lowers your body fat and enables the body to handle carbohydrates in a better way. Apart from this it also helps in increasing metabolism, reducing body fat, burning calories, and improving overall health.

Aerobic exercises consist of continuous movement like cycling, jogging or walking, dancing, working on treadmill or stepper mills. Since none of these exercises are vigorous so it is easy to find both time and energy for them everyday. You should start with a small time say ten minutes and then go on increasing your exercise duration gradually. It is also recommended that you keep rotating between different forms of exercises at intervals while maintaining a rhythm.

The next step in peak fitness plan is to go for strength training. Your body fat composition is the major cause of the body’s resistance to weight loss so strength training is as vital as aerobic exercise. At times loss of a bit of muscle is gained back as body fat. Strength training prevents this condition by preserving muscle mass and sometimes also increasing it.

There are many ways to accomplish this according to the peak fitness plan. One of the most convenient and popular options is to join a gym. However if you are unable to take time out for going to gym regularly then you can make uses of exercise tapes or exercises benches. You can also exercise bars or dumbbells.

Another important step of peak fitness plan is to keep yourself motivated. Share your results with family and friends as well as health care specialists to give you a boost in confidence and motivation. Reinforce your commitment towards achieving a fit body in a perfect figure, with increased confidence and enthusiasm, and thus try to loose weight, look good and feel great by following Peak Fitness program.
