Not quite sure what you're looking for here. Did you you know that your body makes it's own cholesterol from the saturated fat that you eat? Meat is one of the biggest source of saturated fat. Also, your body needs a small amount of cholesterol so it's not healthy to completely eliminate all fat from the diet.

But if what you really want to know is which type of food is lowest in cholesterol (not saturated fat) I would guess dairy products, but that really is a guess!

I think that you need to talk to the doctor who is prescribing you those meds, and talk to him about the side effects that you are experiencing. I used to take Rivotril 1 mg/3 times a day, and I was driving, and I got into a huge car accident, my car went off of an embarkment, and there was so much damage to my car, and I woke up 3 days later in the hospital with no memory of what happened at all. All I know is what the police officers told me. Rivotril knocked the daylights out of me. This accident happened in December 2009, and I still can't remember what happened. The police said that they arrived on the scene of the accident with the ambulance and that I was unconscious and not responding what so ever, and that at the hospital I slipped into a three day coma. And Rivotril, I was on that medication when I was in the psych ward and that medication is such a strong one. I took it at night when we were in the living room, and I couldn't even walk to my room in a straight line. I probably looked like I was drunk or something. And once they gave it to me during the afternoon and I fell to the ground and passed out. These meds are strong. Some of them are too strong. I have been on Rivotril, Remeron, Effexor, Seroquel, Desyrel, Zoloft. I've tried a lot of them.. and I am 23 years old and I have developed cardiac problems from all of these meds. I've been admitted to the Cardiology department numerous times in the past few months, and it's all from the meds. I am now off of everything, every single med and my health is a lot better. I still have cardiac problems but they haven't gotten worst, they're about the same. So the best thing for you to do would be to speak with your GP or psychiatrist
