Usually, the "blue screen" doesn't need software downloaded to get rid of it.
The screen will have an error message on it, and the message tells you what the problem is. Trouble is, the message is written in rocket scientist language.
The best way to get rid of the blue screen is to copy down the message ENTIRELY and let us know what it says. That way, we can help you fix it.

if your talking about blue screen of death, you prolly cant get anything, when do u get blue screen, can u load up at all or can u get into safe mode
