I have a baby 2 months ago and I have been doing sit ups like crazy and is there anything else I can do to get rid of my stomach?

Breast feeding is the most important thing you can do, because it burns calories and causes the uterus to contract. Add daily walks, a well-rounded diet, and a few light toning exercises like crunches and with patience and time, your tummy will get back to normal.

Go on walks and bike rides and whenever you get up in the morning AS soon as you wake up do 50 sit ups 25 crunches and then 2 sets of 15 pushups (i read that in a prevention magazine)

you should do some set ups it helps me all the time
and my friends too
