Most of them do. I try to wear a hat and use a moisturizer with SPF 15 since I don't like the heavy, oily suncreen on my face. I really like Oil of Olay or Aveeno Positively Radiant, both have SPF 15 and go on feeling really light.

Depends on where you are. If your on or near water like a lake or beach then no they don't you'll still be getting a lot of reflection off the water.

If you still need sun glasses then you need sunscreen. Regardless of the hat your wearing.

It will but it's ttill a good idea to wear sunscreen because the hat will only block out so much

They help but you still need sunscreen on your face. By a makeup or facial moisturizer that contains sunscreen and you won't mind using it.

yes. as long as it is a tightly woven material. it should shade your whole face as well.

if you'd rather not wear hats (hat hair) try finding a good moisturizing lotion that has an SPF in it.

Try one or two out, any good store will let you walk outside with them and test.
