You can sell God and eternal life to anyone. It's quite profitable.

Some churches have outreach programs such as food banks, day care centers for working single parents, disaster relief funds, or benefits to raise funds for terminally ill people to help with their hospital bills. The churches we have pastored have been good to help one of their Members who are in a financial crisis due to unavoidable circumstances. I'm not sure where you should go without knowing more about your situation. I hope you find the help you need. Blessings.

It seems to me that you need a bank, not a church. I understand that you need help financially and that you feel that churches could provide a nice interest free loan, but to go to church and take advantage of the kindness of people there is selfish. A church is a place for fellowship and certainly your home church would probably help you if you explained your situation. It seems to me as if you are not at all interested in growing closer to God through worship and fellowship, but rather that you have heard that churches might give donations to those in need and you feel that you qualify. if I have assessed the situation wrong, please feel free to correct me, but it seems to me that you have no right asking this question in this selfish manner .

Is that the first reason you want a church, for financial help? that is sad. KNow that if you are trully a christian, where ever you go, if you go for GOD FIRST, He will find a way to help you, but if you seek a church for finances, you are not in God's will or His faith and you are making a mistake.

Jesus said:
Luk 12:22 And He said to His disciples, Therefore I say to you, Be not anxious as to your life, what you shall eat; nor for the body, what you shall put on.
Luk 12:23 Life is more than food, and the body is more than clothing.
Luk 12:29 And do not seek what you shall eat, nor what you shall drink, and stop being in anxiety.
Luk 12:30 For all these things the nations of the world seek after, and your Father knows that you have need of these things.
Luk 12:31 But rather seek the kingdom of God, and all these things shall be added to you.

And He will, I've had it done to me, witnessed it towards others, it is a promise of God for His Children.

I belong to a non-denominational Christian church and we are fairly large. I know that we have programs for those in need.
I will pray that God will provide for you and help you get back on your feet.
Best Wishes!

Start your own church and the donations will roll in and you wont have to worry about money again. A lot of people do that these days.

Churches are a profitable business for only working 1 hour a day for 2 days a week.

The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, the Mormons. Give them a call and talk with the Bishop.

I'd suggest calling the Salvation Army and see if they can help.

Depends on where you live....

If I were you, I would look for the biggest Baptist church in your area....

We are very generous.
