Well ,it sounds like your are already doing a great job exercising. Are you eating enough? Don't skip meals. You are burning a lot of calories by your exercising, so you need to balance out by eating. Drink plenty of water too. I found that sometimes when I eat more, of course of the right foods, I lose the weight easier. Also, make sure to take all trans fat and partially hydrogenated oils out of your diet. This will be extremely beneficial for your heart. Have you ever considered joining weight watchers? It worked for my mom and I. Even if you don't join try the frozen dinners they have at the grocery store. They are delicious and they help with portion control. If you make your own dinner you may be tempted to eat seconds. This way you eat the dinner and a vegetable with it, I you want. Good luck!

I would advice to make sure your target heart rate is in range; this is done by taking 220-your age. That number is where your heart rate should be while exercising. To find this get a heart rate monitor(any fitness store). You sound like you are doing enough cardio, but that heart rate needs to be in line also. You may also eat more smaller meals with less breads, pasta and milk. These products will not help you at all. Try a diet pill also, Hydroicut has a nice women hunger suppressant. I would also recommend doing a little weight lifting. You will not get huge doing this. This will give you the best definition for your muscle and give you nice figure. You also burn more fat with weight lifting than just cardio. The protein shakes are a good part of your routine and adding the weight lifting will expand that part. Make sure you are drinking enough water, start with about 4-6 8 oz glasses a day. This is extremely hard but take it slow. Stay away from soda and other high in sugar drinks. The best fluid is water, hands down. Go luck that a big challenge in three months. I would recommend a goal of 20 lbs with a continuous target of 35. Smaller goals lead to future success.

Since your exercise program sounds good, the problem, if there is one, must be on your food intake. You state that you "eat healthy," but we are notorious for underestimating portion size, calories, etc in the foods we eat. I have lost 34 pounds since April 9 and part of the program includes writing down EVERYTHING I put in my mouth in a daily diary and the calories it contains. I would suggest trying this for a couple of weeks to actually count your caloric intake. You need to make a 7000 calorie deficit per week (about 1000 per day) to lose 2 pounds per week. That's a lot more than you might think.

Don't get burnt out on the excercise. Just be consistent. Continue to eat healthy, and make sure you are getting good sleep (at least 8 hours a night). Believe it or not, that is a big factor. Our bodies need the rest, or they don't operate properly.
One more thing may help you: You can buy some "Norwegian Kelp" tablets from a health food store. They help regulate your thyroid gland and in turn help control your weight.
Blessings!

Hmm. Sounds like you're doing everything right! With the weight you wanna lose in the time you wanna lose it, it's working out to about 2.9 pds a week. Thats not really good for your health to lose that much weight but, it's not gonna kill you. Just remember to take it easy. Your workout seems perfect - nothing I can really add to that. Your diet is vauge but, I'll just suggest introducing a lot more fruits + veggies into your diet. Drink lots of water. And cut back on high fat, high sugar foods; seems like you're doing that already.

Great job! Good luck!

I don't' think it's possible to lose 35 pounds in 3 months. I'd say in 3 months you can lose around 12 to 15 pounds... The healthy way. Also, don't over due all the exercise. I mean, it's great but you might get tired of it! Drink lots and lots of water and continue to eat healthy!
Good Luck!

Sounds like you are off to a good start, but I wouldn't ignore strength training b/c you "don't want to add muscle." The more muscle you have, the more calories you burn and the higher your metabolism is AT REST. So just sitting here reading this you burn more calories by having more muscles. Even if you just lift weights twice a week, you will see a difference.

I lost a lot of weight this way.

eat only fruit until noon, no bananas though

drink at least 1 liter or about 1/2 gallon of water a day. and at least a glass before each meal.

Never mix starches and proteins.

If you want cheese, eat it with veggies or fruit NOT with bread.

Eat more veggies at each meal and a small portion of meat...i.e. one chicken breast with a lot of what ever veggies you like.

Do not deprive yourself of good tasting dressing for your salads. as long as you do not mix starches with proteins your body will be able to process them more easily.

If milk products are not a problem include low fat cheeses or small amount of hard cheese or low fat milk to your diet. The calcium (studies have been done)in these products help to eliminate the fats in your diet.

And of course keep up the good work of exercising regularly!

To successfully lose weight, you must carry out
a plan to balance your caloric intake with exercise.
Ideally, dieting should be done by eating a nutritionally
balanced, low-calorie diet and increasing physical activity.

running is the quickest way to get into shape, it helps you become more active. don't stop to walk that much during your 30 minutes(of running) and if you do stop don't stop for more then 30 seconds, it makes it much harder to keep going if you stop for too long.also after that if your doing abs do them right after you run or anything equally active, it helps you burn more calories. the hardest thing to train is your mind. you have to keep going and teach your mind to except a little pain.
