would that make me a bad Buddhist? I haven't really ever said what I might want to say on this forum if I wasn't practicing dharma. How much would I have to make up for it tomorrow?

Old Buddhist saying:
Do not speak- unless it improves on silence.

The Buddha also said "Your worst enemy cannot harm you as much as your own unguarded thoughts." So keep the gloves (guards) on, dear one, they are part of your beauty!

Metta, mudita and abundant joy!

the entire hand-shaking ritual, supposedly, originated in demonstrating, that your hand holds no weapon. To be convincing, the hand must be bare. last gloved is rude or perhaps offensive in some places, inspite of the fact that the source under says, that on particular events (inclusive of once you're an usher at a marriage), you do save the gloves on. For an particularly final occasion, even the President of the U. S. greets his visitors with bare handshakes, in spite of if a number of them sanitize their palms interior the technique (smart flow, through fact the floor-to-pores and skin touch would be exploited as an attack vector).

Well, showing anger and venting aren't in line with the teachings of Buddhism. On the other hand, sometimes it's good for you to let your feelings out. It's up to you to decide on which will make you happier in the long run.

Can not a Buddist speak their mind. There is nothing wrong with getting your point out without hurting. If what you want to say is nothing but hurt, maybe your "practicing" the wrong thing.
