active duty- none, I know a few national gaurd and reserve soldiers who go over there for civilian contractors though. I don't know an exact number, they all make atleast a six figure income, so i'd say atleast they're getting paid well.

i believe the number of private security in iraq is 6000. dont know if this includes soldiers though. the 2/3's of the private security are ex british soldiers.

Active duty soldiers would of course not be part of any private security venture. FORMER US soldiers and marines are represnted by the dozens if not hundreds as are ex-military from many other countries.
