Heh! Oh my, thats a lot of chocolate...so what? Dieters can't be expected to follow their diet plans so strictly. We need a little cheat day every couple months. Great job on the weight loss and I hope you enjoyed every bite of that chocolate!

That sounds a lot like MY diet regimen!!! LOL, I must say it's going quite well. I'm at about 127 myself, but at one point I was down to 120, so I think for now the motto';s going to have to be "Less candy, more crunches!!!" You're right, though, if you eat a 150 calorie candy bar, all you need to do is make sure you do 150 calories' worth of cardio that day. Since I ate like half a pizza last night, looks like FizzyGurrl will be taking the stairs @ work today!

You won't put on any weight due to the chocolate!! You feel on top of the world for 2 reasons. 1, chocolate helps the body release endophins which make you feel better, and 2 because you've seen results in your diet. Treating yourself occasionally isn't something to worry about. If you've worked hard, then you need some sort of reward to keep you motivated.

Well done.

You've got the perfect diet attitude!

Some many people don't realize that their diet will more than likely last their entire lifetime. If they can't give in when they want, they won't last more than a few months. But if you not afraid to give in once in a while to your cravings, then it is something that you can do long term.

One of my aerobic instructors would have a large chocolate decadent cookie after her last workout of the day. She said that if she always denied herself some food pleasures that she would have chucked it all in years ago. But knowing that she was able to eat her favorite treat after the last workout gave her encouragement to keep going.

Good for you!!

LOL! I have a chocolate binge now and then, too. I make sure that if I'm going to have chocolate I REALLY enjoy it so instead of going out and getting M&Ms or something cheap, I go to a real chocolate store and buy something expensive like a dark chocolate truffle or something. Then I eat it slowly to savor it. It's so much more satisfying than shoving Snickers in my mouth.

EXCELLENT! Did you know you CAN eat chocolate and still get away with it? Just look for dark chocolate, the one that has over 70% pure cocoa, it's not as sweet, but it's better than nothing.

Way to go, girl!
