I am probably in the minority here, but watch part of the show everyday at lunch and I am so annoyed by her insistence of dancing in the crowd after her monologue, dancing when the guests come on..enough..she can't dance..it's bot particularly funny..and if it ever was funny, it's ran it's course..anybody agree?

Let me say that I love the show..I think she is a great host...maybe she could dance every third episode or cut it short..

Yeh I agree with you it's annoying and repetitive. Her interviews are ok but I think she has got to realize that she isn't a stand up comedian anymore. I think she was voted funniest person in like 1982 or something, definitely not funny in 2007.

I've noticed that a lot of show Border collies have longer hair. When herding, it is better for them to have shorter hair, in my opinion (and in many others), because it doesn't get tangled in long grass, it's easier to keep neat, etc. But I have seen a couple medium length coat Border collies herding, just none with a really long show length coat. Seeing that everyone so far has mentioned that... That really means nothing, haha. Or like what Mutter said. Some show BCs are bred for looks, herders are bred for intelligence (which makes sense, if you ask me. The only dogs show breeders ever seem to produce are classically marked black and white, fluffy BCs. The reason the breed is so smart is they have never been bred for looks, which is why they can be any color under the sun, can have any coat length, and even have a pretty wide weight range for a smaller scale medium sized breed), and so it is argued that show breeders are ruining the breed. Or I suppose with banned coloring in certain breeds. The "silver" lab probably has the potential to be a fine hunter if trained properly, but the coloring means no shows for them. That's kind of the other way around though. ADD: or i suppose the AmStaff is a good example. According to some people that answered my question yesterday, the Amstaff and the APBT started out as the same breed, but the Amstaff had the "game" look bred out of it so it would be show quality. So pretty much every visual difference between Amstaffs and APBTs are for show...

it actually is funny that she dances because she can not dance - it is the same reason people watch American idol trying to see if there is going to be another William hung to laugh at and say things "can you believe this person waited in line for three days just to do that"
double funny that you still watch it everyday but are annoyed - that is annoying

im a fan of her dancing...although at times it does go on for a little longer than i had hoped.
my fav is when they show the audience dancing...i love the old people

Im sorry but i cant agree ... i love her dancing - and the fact that she CANT dance - makes it more funny!

I do not watch that show, never have once. I am not particular a fan of Ellen DeGeneres.

I think her little dancing routine is rediclous! I made my husband watch it and he was angry.... he almost broke the tv hahahahahahahah.. and that little dance thing she does with the table at the end of her dance.. whats up with that!!!! what a lez.. someone should lock her in a closet and throw away the key! :)
