I am not personally trying to contact this person. It is a legal matter that he needs to take care of that effects me and my husband seriously and finacially! And it needs to be solved ASAP! or he will have several law suits against him. Including one by me. if he is out " In the feild" then someone needs to know or he will be in a world of legal trouble. And I need to know what he plans on doing about it so I can find another way to solve the issue at hand.

No it is not my husband! of course I know what unit my own husband is in. This has to do with selling our house to this guy. He signed a contract to buy it and was a no show for closing. Which is adding problems to us closing on our new home in the state we PCSed to. We can NOT close on our new home of this guy backs out of the deal which was already done up until closing. Financing was good and he just disappeared and his phone has been disconnected. He was on top of everything, getting his paperwprk in on time, even has put Insurance on the house already and now he is no where to be found according to my agent and the lender.

you can do an American Red Cross Welfare Check.

You will need the full name, rank, social security number and last known location. If they are able to track him down, they will inform him that you are trying to contact him. They CAN NOT make him contact you. if he chooses to not contact you, then there is nothing you can do, unless you are his bona fide dependent on his page 2, they will not give out his contact information.

Are you trying to locate your husband? Call your FRG and ask what you have to do to get in contact with him. You really should know your husbands unit though...in the Army thats like not knowing what street you live on. Is he in training or no?

The finance office can tell you what unit a person is assigned to, we're not talking priveleged info here, they shouldn't have a problem giving that out.
