I love to eat a nice cheeseburger that I made myself, or a good hoagie or wrap from Wawa.

Usually a sandwich or wrap with some kind of salad.
Today it will be a steak & veggie wrap with honey mustard, and creamy coleslaw.
Tomorrow tuna and avocado in a pita pocket with either a 3-bean salad or whole wheat macaroni salad.
Yesterday it was shaved turkey breast with tomato slices and mayo on whole wheat baguette bread with potato salad.

stuffed avocado from high street deli with chips and martinellis cider
taco salad with carne asada from taco roco
butternut squash ravioli from pasta pronto
rasberry, gorgonzola, apple and walnut salad from nucci buchis
salads, a slice of the day and cannoli dessert from cugginis
a bowl of the beef teryaki and fresh veggies on rice from tiki hut
the boss from foster's freexe with a small strawberry sundae
a cobb salad from firesone with ten shots of tequilla
mom's tuna sandwich from new fronteirs
onion ings and chicken chop salad from boone's bbq
wendesay philly cheese steak from sue sando's
anything from trader joes. s'all good!

There's a little coffee shop right outside of my gym. I alternate between a low-calorie smoothie or I'll have a turkey sandwich with sprouts and mustard and cheddar cheese. Yummy!

today we are going to the Indian buffet... chicken biryani... butter chicken... andhra chidken fry... dahi (curd)... gajjar (carrot) halwa with vanilla ice cream... yuuuuuummmmmmmm.....
