I want to know how to reduce the dark circles around eyes..is it heridetary to have them ???help?

suggest me any good products regarding it or any home remedy would be even helpful ...in my family every one has it...can a regular appliaction of rosewater will reduce it..or getting up early morning will help...

I have them too...One thing I've noticed is that if I keep hydrated it helps a lot.. And if I get enough sleep.... Also, I use and eye cream...Origins Eye Doctor and I keep it in the fridge... I use conceler/foundation that's matched for my skin tone.. You can even use (used tea bags, put in the freezer and it will improve temporarily)

If you would like to apply home remedies to reduce dark circles, here are some of my suggestions:
Buy a box of regular, old fashioned unflavored gelatin (e.g. Knox) from grocery store. Take a small cup or bowl and put in 1 teaspoon of the gelatin mix. Add one tablespoon of boiling water & stir for a minute. Test it on your wrist to make sure it is not too hot. Then, using a cotton ball, pat it under your eyes as you would an eye cream or gel. Go lie down and listen to some music, or take a bath & let it stay on for at least 30 minutes. Then just rinse it off.Gelatin is very high in Vitamin K & Biotin. It will not remove your dark circles on the first application (but you will notice a difference), but if you do it daily for a week, and then 2-3 times a week for maintenance, you should notice a drastic reduction in dark circles.

Dark circles under your eyes are called "shiners". They are a result of allergies. Allergies are hereditary and this is why families members with allergies will all look alike with shiners under their eyes. My step daughter always had purple shiners under her eyes, when my son was born they looked so much alike because of this. Now his are gone as he has weekly allergy shots and takes prescription allergy meds. I took him to an allergist and had the prick test done on his back. Treatment has made all the difference in his life. I am pasting a couple of websites below, but for research you can just go to google and search for "allergic shiners."

Take a day off for yourself and just relax. Put some tea bags in the freezer and put them over your eyes for a while.Or if you don't have tea bags, use an ice cube. Also i know it sounds nasty but Preperation H works too
