I had a stye , it finally popped on its own , but now theres a really big scab where it was . Will the scab go away or do I need to use some kind of medicine or something ? I need the scab and the rest of the stye where the swelling hasnt gone down underneath my eyelid gone by Saturday .

yes the scab will go away on its own....but probably not by Saturday kiddo, it is there so the tissues underneath can heal, and that can take a while.
You can speed the healing process a little bit by applying warm moist compresses frequently, but the body heals at it's own rate, and you can't do much about that.

It will go away on its own but may take a week or more. By Saturday, not going to happen as most creams can't be placed that close to the eyes. You could call your doctor, there may be a Rx that may work that quickly.
