Your only problem with losing weight that fast is, you are more likely to gain it back faster, easier, and then some! Better think twice!

You might think about trying this book called "The Movie Star Diet" by Steve Simmons. It helped me lose thirty pounds in 2 1/2 months when I didn't think anything would work. My goal to begin with was only 20 lbs! It has a really easy plan to follow and an excellent workout as well.

Well, let's do the hard math. There are 3500 calories in a pound. To lose 20 pounds then means to create a caloric deficit of 70,000 calories over that 6 week time period. That comes out to about 1,666 calories per day LESS than you are currently taking in (70,000/42). That is a significant deficit to create unless you have been significantly overeating to create your current situation.
Figure out your resting metabolic rate using the calculator below and then reduce this amount by 1,666. This can be done with decreased caloric intake and increased daily exercise.
You can figure a rough estimate for your resting metabolic rate from the following equation:
Women: BMR = 655 + ( 4.35 x weight in pounds ) + ( 4.7 x height in inches) - ( 4.7 x age in years )
Men: BMR = 66 + ( 6.23 x weight in pounds ) + ( 12.7 x height in inches ) - ( 6.8 x age in year )
Now multiply that by the factor from the appropriate activity category below:
If you are sedentary (little or no exercise): Multiply BMR x 1.2
If you are lightly active (light exercise/work 1-3 days per week): Multiply BMR x 1.375
If you are moderately active (moderate exercise/work 3-5 days per week): Multiply BMR x 1.55
If you are very active (hard exercise/work 6-7 days a week): Multiply BMR x 1.725
If you are extra active (very hard exercise/work 6-7 days a week): Multiply BMR x 1.9

If you want to starve yourself and make yourself seriously ill then it might be possible.
Once you start eating properly and going back to your ways the weight will pill on quicker than how you lost it and then some!
My advice would be to eat well and exercise reguarly. Weight doesn't go on over night and it certainly won't disappear over night either.
All the best.

Work out 7 days a week, eat salads only and fruit, and drink lots of water. But after that month try eating a little bit healthier.

I think it is really about how skinny you look. I have been using Shapely Secrets and have lost over 5 inches in 3 weeks. The exercises are very simple, but they work amazingly.

Do a good colon cleansing. Drink smoothies with the colon mix in it for up to 5 days. Eat only fruits and veggies while on this and you'll be surprised what happens. We all store so much crap in our colons.
