I need bucatini pasta but I can't find it anywhere! Are there any supermarkets that sell it? Or will I need to go to an Italian deli? I live in Nottingham, England so if anyone knows of a place here that I could find it could you let me know!

If your recipe calls for this pasta, you can pretty much substitute any kind you like. Most pastas taste about the same. Pick one out which resembles it in shape for your recipe & you should be good to go. Best of luck!

I wish I could help you but in the US it's easy to find, I think Barilla Pasta makes it and also Ronzoni. Can't you substitute another shape of pasta? it is only a thicker type of spaghetti.

I searched for it every where and this was my best find. It's the only place I found that sells it. It's online but hey you could stock up I guess. Any way here's the link.
