What is the basic problem of all mankind?

The natural man, the natural instincts, the natural everything about mankind is eventually degrading and susceptible to create virtually all types of problems:

-Pride
-Pleasure (as in pornography or prostitues or affairs that tear apart families and cause all sorts of problems)
-Greed

and others that are all part of the natural man.

If you're a religious man, you know that the natural man is an enemy to God so it is necessary to separate ourselves from that natural man and therefore become saints in control of our thoughts, feelings, emotions, actions and reactions.

That is the basic problem of all mankind. When we are always beneath the temptations of Satan or Lucifer, even when we are in the most purest of places, thoughts will come to mind and if we let them stay, as natural men tend to do, our purity and innocence and sense of love will fade.

It is all gradual, and so our descent is almost unseen. Our problems arise from this source because temptations and weaknesses are a part of the natural man. If we seek God (this is where faith comes in) and ask him to make up for our weaknesses and to help us through trials, problems fade away.

Natural man contributes to eventual lack of faith (which needs daily nuturing), lack of love (and more selfishness), falling into sin (because it is justified in our natural man's eyes and society when it is truly wrong) and everything else that is endearing to solve problems and to create happiness.

It is a problem that needs to be taken care of daily, a daily effort, and therefore daily prayer and scripture reading helps solve this problem of the instincts of the natural man, and to keep the temptations of Satan and sin out of our lives.

It is most evident when one studies the bible thoroughly and discovers the real TRUTH of God's Plan so described within it.

Most of mankind has truly been 'deceived' and 'blinded to the TRUTH' from their beginning. (Read, Revelation 12:9, in the bible for starters).

How many, throughout the entire world, can accurately answer these all important questions?

1.) "Who am I?"

2.) "Why was I born?"

3.) "What is my purpose here on earth?"

4.) "Where am I giong upon that day?"

Not truly knowing the answers to those all important questions and understanding them, as they are so vividly explained in the Word of God, the bible, is the 'basic problem' that nearly all of mankind has been suffering from for centuries and is still suffering from even today.

Yes, 'Revelation 12:9!' -- "That old serpent Satan, the devil, has deceived the whole world."

"Come out of the world and SEE!"

I think the biggest problem with humans is no takes responsibility for their own problems or actions anymore. We live in a society that says it's your mom's fault, peer pressure, etc., you know, pass the buck. If something goes wrong in your life, deal with it. Stop making excuses! We are responsible for the good and the bad in life, even if something beyond our control happens, YOU control what becomes the end result. And lastly, people are just content with mediocrity. No one strives for better, they just want to complain. Be proactive!

Intolerance! Humans in general refuse to let people be. Someone or some belief has to be most correct. Christian's must damn everyone who is not Christian to hell instead of just saying I don't believe in your faith but you have the right to practice what you want.

Gays and Lesbians you may not agree or like their life style but denying them marriage because it is outside of the box of what one thinks marriage should be is intolerant. It is intolerant to the life style.

Then there is plan old racism the poster child of intolerance.

Whether it is different in any shape, form, or fashion we as humans are intolerant of it. It has to be lable as wrong and must not be tolerated!
