Calm down, stop worrying about it, and make an appointment with a doctor to have these small lumps checked out. That is the only way you will get your question answered, so just do it, and try to relax for now.

Of course stress can cause/aggravate headaches, which could have nothing at all to do with your arm pits. And many things can cause irruptions in the skin of the arm pits since this is an area where you sweat alot, shave and apply deodorant. I would not jump to the conclusion of cancer immediately tho as there are so many other things to consider first tho. That is unnecessary worry.

i get these too, have done since i was little. If it is the same they come and go in different places, are sore and almost have the same feeling as if you have pulled a muscle. Mine stay for about a week and then go. I get them very rarely but seem to have had quite a few in the last week or so so i have got to make an appt at doctor. I am sure whe i was younger a friend had the same and it was swollen glands or something and she had to have some sort of treatment. If the lumps are there permenantly the it could be something very different but i would definately go and see the doctor anyway.

Hi There - I also have one of these under my left arm. I have had it for about 15 years as far as I know. I initially forgot about it, but when my daughter was a toddler, several years back, I got a bit concerned about it and visitied my GP. He examined me and flippantly said, "If it was anything nasty, after having it so long you wouldn't be here." I was a bit surprised by his casual manner, but think he's probably right.

If you've only just found yours I'd say go and visit the doc and get you mind put at rest sonner than I did. Good luck to you. xx

I had one about a year ago and it went away, it could just be a fatty deposit, but get checked out by the doctor for peace of mind.

could be an armpit cyst, I've had them in the past, Basically all I had to do was to keep them clean, they did sting, eventually they burst. Not nice but there you go. See your doc he/she'll advise you.

there's no way you'll get your answer on here. you need to see a doc, it could be something and nothing or something serious. breast cancer can be in the arm pit, but yet it could be just a blocked hair follicle. ask your doc!
