I do that too! But the way to help yourself is to remember to be completely honest yourself. Sometimes, some of our thoughts like that are related to things that we ourselves have done wrong.
Other times, its our mind playing with doubt.

Wrong is very subjective. The most useful thing to ask yourself is "Is this diminishing my quality of life?". Clearly, in your case, it does. While medication may not necessarily be indicated, a couple of sessions of therapy would probably be beneficial. This is essentially a trust issue and most psychologists and psychiatrists are very familiar with treating them.

I have had similar feelings, but they vanished as I grew more confident in myself. It might also be a good idea to talk with your family and your boyfriend and explain how you're feeling and that it doesn't have anything to do with them personally.

sounds like OCD
it is ridiculous when it interferes with your enjoyment of life, suggest you see a therapist and work out why you feel as you do.
