Ok, so every family has a dish that they just love or cant go to a party without making. My families is a reciepe thats been passed down, it called "Rainbow Beans". Its delicious! It has all different kinds of beans (lima, butter, pork, kidney, ect) with vinegar, mustard, garlic powder, onion, and bacon. I would never eat these beans by themselves but this dish is awesome! What's you families favorite dish?

For many parties or potlucks we go to, I make my "Crabby Cake", so called because it supposedly makes kids crabby with all the sugar. Doesn't bother my kids!

Ingredients:
1-German chocolate cake mix
1-14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
1-jar butterscotch or caramel sundae topping
1-8 oz. tub Cool Whip
Heath bits or chopped Heath bars for topping

Make cake mix per directions on package. While still warm out of the oven, poke holes in cake with wooden spoon handle. Pour over sweetened condensed milk and sundae topping. Cover loosely and refrigerate for several hours or overnight. Just before serving, frost cake with Cool Whip and top with Heath bits. Keep refrigerated.

Cheesy Hominy. Also one of those things everyone says they hate, but no matter the event, pot luck or whatever it's gone.

Fry 4 slice of bacon (save drippings)
Open 3 cans yellow hominy (drain)
Pour hominy in 13x9 baking dish.
crumble bacon in and add 2 T of drippings
pour in 1 large jar cheese whiz (or you can use nacho cheese soup it's cheaper)
2 small cans chopped green chilies.
1/2 tsp garlic powder.
Bake at least 45 minutes at 375.
Optional crush Frito's on top.

There is another one that everyone loves.
Make 3 boxes of Jiffy brand corn bread, cook according to directions and cool.

In a HUGE bowl dice or chop
1 bunch green onion (white and green)
1 bunch radishes (I slice them)
1 red pepper
1 green pepper
2 stalks celery

add 1 cup real maynaise, stir and coat veggies. Crumble the corn bread in bowl and toss. This should not be creamy, but slightly moistened with the mayo. It shoud still be crumbly. Let sit in fridge over night for picnic, pot luck etc...the next day.

My family ALWAYS counts on my Uncle John Gram to bring his baked beans to every family event. But they aren't just baked beans, they are John Gram Beans.

Also, my aunt's boyfriend likes my hamburgers on the grill because of the seasonings I use, but his favorite saying is, "It's all in the chemicals."
