Ramsay's answer is correct. Jambu Dweep is in fact the chunk of land which floated and collided with china and himalayas were made.

This whole plate is called Jambu-dweep (because prior to colliding with china it was an Island)

Bharat Khande is the Indian sub-continent.

During the times of "Rishis" and "Munis", India used to be a very large country and it encompassed almost all parts of present Asia. It is beleived that Indonesia, SriLanka and also other islands far away from India used to be one single island. This is referred to as "Jambu Dweep"

JAMBU DWEEPE- ‘The island of the Jambu tree’. Name of the southernmost of the four great continents of traditional Buddhist mythology, corresponding to the known world at the time and most probably to be identified with the Indian subcontinent and south-east Asia (especially when contrasted with Tambapaṇṇi-dīpa, or the island of Sri Lanka). The Jambu tree, from which the continent takes its name, is a vast tree thought to be located in the Himalayan region. Buddhas and Universal Rulers (cakravartin) are said to arise only on this continent.

The Markandeya Purana and the Brahmanda Purana divide Jambudvipa into four vast regions shaped like four petals of a lotus with Mount Meru being located at the center like a pericarp. The city of Brahmapuri of the Puranic accounts is said to be enclosed by the river Ganga, known as Akash Ganga. River Ganga is said to issue forth from the foot of Lord Vishnu and after washing the lunar region falls "through the skies" and after encircling the Brahmapuri "splits up into four mighty streams", which are said to flow in four opposite directions from the landscape of Mount Meru and irrigate the vast lands of Puranic Jambudvipa. River Sita irrigates the Bhadrasva varsa, river Jambunadi streams through the Ketumala varsa, river Alakananda flows through the Bharata varsa and river Bhadra washes the lands of the Uttara-Kuru varsa -
