Kind of reminds me of the other court case, where the Supreme Court Justice said he couldn't define pornography, but he knew it when he saw it.

It isn't yet but with the ridiculous concentration of lawyers in this country it probably will be soon...heck GOING to a theater might be illegal and maybe even fires....I think it would be funny if no one was dying in the fire and everyone exited in a calm fashion (which is about as likely as me winning the lottery twice in one day). Made me laugh - so thanks!

Perhaps it's not illegal to yell "theatre" in a crowded fire....
But it should be illegal to take up space and time with such childish questions in a public forum.
