How to work with Outlook Express ?

Well you see I am having trouble with outlook i need to know how to send messages to people of outlook express and what kind of server yahoo uses http or something else and what the incoming and outgoing thing is when u send one. I basically need a full essay of how to use it lol.

Contact your Internet service provider (ISP). Each ISP has different incoming/outgoing servers and they usually have help info to setup Outlook, outlook express, etc.
