If you are in a hurry and want a great marinade for chicken, this is it! That's it, that's all, only a couple of ingredients, marinade for about 6-8 hours, no longer than 8 hours as the vinegar will cook the chicken.. you will have the most moist flavorful chicken! For this Kraft Italian is the best! By the sounds of it this marinade works on beef too, so you might want to give that a try!

Quick and Easy Marinade for Grilled Chicken
6 hours 6 hours prep
Change to: servings US Metric
1 (475 ml) bottle kraft Italian salad dressing (not low-fat)
1/4 cup vegetable oil (or olive oil)
3 tablespoons fresh minced garlic (or to taste)
1/2 teaspoon black pepper (can use more)

In a large bowl mix all ingredients together with 1/2 teaspoon black pepper.
Add in chicken pieces, cover and refrigerate for 6-8 hours.
When ready to grill, remove the chicken from the marinade and pat dry with paper towels.
Season the chicken with seasoning salt and pepper, then grill.
There is enough marinade for about 10 pieces, or less of chicken.
Delicious!

Here is our favorite chicken dish...

in a large plastic food prep bag dump in

1. one jar of apricot jam

2. 3 cloves of crushed garlic

3. 1/4 cup of soy

4. 1 teaspoon of dried chili peppers

add more or less of each ingredient as your taste dictates.

5. Put the whole chicken or chicken parts into the bag and let marinade for however long you have! Overnight makes it even yummier, but just getting all the flavors over the chicken is enough.

For baking in the oven, I cut up big chunks of sweet potatoes, carrots and reg potatoes, whole onions star cut at the tops and your veggies are all in one dish!

6. Turn oven on full blast and brown the chicken for 10 minutes on each side, then turn it down to around 240 or so and cook another 30 to 40 minutes depending on how big the chicken is.

WE HAVE THIS ALMOST ONCE A WEEK BECAUSE IT IS SO EASY. Enjoy

My favorite is only 1 ingredient - Wish Bone Italian Dressing. Marinate at least 4 hours or up to overnight. Brush chicken with leftover marinade while on grill. Be sure to discard all leftover marinade. Quick, cheap, easy and delicious!

Alot of the save offered marinades which you will via will purely come out using foreman's fat redeucing capacity! an exceptionally good marinade, yet not for use on the george foreman, is equivalent aspects Sake and Honey! and then a tsp of white wine vinager! (a million cup honey, a million cup sake!) It replaced into so good, yet like I reported do not do it on the foreman!

I don't have amounts since I just pour, but you can't screw it up.

Olive oil
Orange juice
Garlic
Tequila
(Chopped green onions if you don't mind a 5th ingredient)

Combine them all and add chicken and let it marinate in the fridge for a few hours. At the restaurant I called it Margarita Chicken. There's no orange taste, but the flavor is incredible.

I got one that has 2 ingredients!!

Bottle of Teriyaki Sauce
Can of Beer

Pour them into a Zip-Loc bag, throw in the chicken and marinate for at least 2 hrs (I prefer to do it ahead the night before)

Whiskey, wholegrain mustard and honey. Mix them up and slap them on about half an hour before cooking. (Works great marinaded overnight for roast duck too.) Happy eats!

Do you hve any orange marmalade in the frig? If so pour it over the chicken, return to the frig for at least 1 hr. When you cook it, add orange zest if you have any oranges at home. This is best served over rice. Mmm enjoy! :)

One bottle of french salad dressing and one can of cranberry sauce. Mix the two together and marinate the chicken for as long as you can. Sounds disgusting - tastes AMAZING and the chicken has a great color, too. Try it - it will blow your mind.
