i am a guy she is a women and this happens at work. i am the one being mean cause she bothers me all day long

It probably means they were raised better and are not responding out of politeness and civility. Much depends on whether this is a social situation where it would be in bad taste to respond. If this is someone you know, perhaps they like you despite your ill behavior. If at work, they will probably report you and are keeping themselves safe from the fallout by not responding in like kind.

She is obviously a positive, uplifting soul who wishes to stay positive. she is trying to lift your negative spirits and leave you with a better attitude. but since you resist being positive, she is persevering according to God's will.
If you are just a mean person, this will bite you in the *** later. If you are just mean to her to avoid her, you should just tell her that you don't want to be friends with her. She thinks that you are just mean, so she is trying to soften your heart.
Don't let her do all this good work for nothing, tell her.

she does not mind the bad behavior you are showing her;
or she probably has no friends at work and you are the only one she thinks she can be friends with, so be nice;
or maybe she's killing you with her kindness so you can be guilty about it so much so you have to post about it at Y!A. She got you, man.
