I have always liked "See you on the other side." I like it because of the dual meaning. It can mean I will see you on the other side of the battlefield, or it can mean I will see you when we have both been killed.

Supposedly, one of the absolutely most effective is just a good, old-fashioned, "Follow me, men!" For it to work properly, you have to actually lead the charge, but I am currently reading about D-Day and numerous men of all ranks used it, and every single one had men follow him. Apparently a soldier is more than willing to follow, as long as someone is willing to take responsibility and lead him.
