Plums (fresh and dried)- one serving is equals to 3 plums. To make it 5 a day- you should eat 15 plums all-in-all.

However, you shouldn't rely on eating just plums alone to benefit from 5 a day. Plums are good and provide a natural laxative effect. However, if you eat more- well, you know what I mean about that.

Try to vary your fruits and veggies per day to benefit from the different nutrient that each fruit and vegetable nutrient it offers.
