I imagine India has many already but would probably like to have more!
India has little in the way of natural resources for energy production. It is a major issue there, considering their recent economic development and their large population.
Bio-fuels from waste products is a promising field. It is one they already persue with entheusiasm!
Improvements in efficiency.
Alternate energy sources.
It is an open field. Use your imagination.
