i feel like i have not enough energy in my body.so someone can help me to increase it.or give me some triks.

Try eating a lot of fruits. If you eat fruits in place of other sugars you will fell a big difference. When I was a cyclist I use to eat two oranges as a snack to pick up my energy level.

It will take your body about 2 weeks to feel the benefits, but you will definitely get results. It will also help if you do aerobic excercises, but the fruits along will make a big difference.

Try drinking more water, getting more vitamin c, eating more healthy and exercising more. If this does not work, see your doctor, b/c it may be a more serious medical problem you are dealing with. My sister started to have a lack of energy, and she was diagnosed with anemia. The doctor helped her out, now she is doing much better. Good Luck.

Drink green tea and get some aerobic exercise daily. Try for 30 minutes at first. Walk, bike, swim, run, play basketball, etc. You might feel more tired at first, but as you build your strength and endurance, you really will start to feel more energetic. This worked really well for me. Please give it a try! Good luck!
