The knee is 3 times it's normal size , with fluid pressure on the upper part of the leg , with muscle pain down the back of the calf to the foot .

There can be a multitude of reasons why you've gotten fluid on the knees. You're going to have to go to a medical doctor to have this removed. There is no home remedy to remove fluid on the knees.

Wow, I have had lot's of knee problems as well as knee replacements. You need to go see your Orthopaedic DR ASAP. They can do x-rays and/or MRI to determine what the problem is. This is done pretty quickly. Until you get to the DR the best remedy for pain and swelling is to elevate your leg above your heart and apply ice. Every hour, 20 minutes on. Good luck.
