What are the differences or definitions of an Executive Secretary, a Private secretary, administrative assistant and a clerk?

A clerk can do almost aything related to tasks of a job.
A administrative assistant is a more politically correct title for a secretary.
A executive or private secretary is one who works for an executive handling his or her personal and business affairs with discretion. Requires utmost skills I would say.
