Do you think that exercising is a nice way to start the day?

I swam 3500m of breastroke this morning and I did 45 minutes of cycle this afternoon plus an hour and a half doing weights. Swimming is a nice way to start the day... but I think I need some sleep! (My legs hurts)

I prefer to avoid the heat of day and exercise at night, but it still effects my mornings and helps me sleep better at night.
