For some reason I'm frequently unable to see in my dreams, not always totally blind I just can't see anything but outlines....happens all the time....what does it mean??
Also had a dream the other night that I was in a nightclub and was carrying my headstone - they wouldn't take it in the cloakroom and I had to haul it round with me all night.....I'm only slightly alarmed by that!!!!

Being literally blind in your dreams sounds like a very strange neurological occurence at first?
But if you look at it as a deep metaphor ,blindness is the complete inability to see what's infront of you.We say to someone who has failed to realise a persons intentions or the enormity of something " that they must be blind".Are you going through life or through something with your eyes shut,walking blindly into something? Are you unaware or 'in the dark' about something?It also suggests a sort of lack of general awareness or insight.
Most interesting is that all you see are outlines or the frame of things,not the internal parts,not the core of things.It suggests that maybe you look at things in a superficial way seeing only the external frame and not the whole,or the centre of things.
The headstone is a icon of our identity,but its so much associated with death and rememberance that in a dream it would symbolise a death of your indentity?
Do you feel as if you are not all that sure of who you are? You try to hide this intially in the use of the cloakroom,the key word here is 'cloak' which is linked to the idea of covering up,to cloak something.Dreams frequently use words in this way.
You don't want anyone to know but your forced to carry this signpost of doubt around anyway in a nightclub of all places which symbolises your social life/world.

well the head stone might mean this.. dreaming of death means things in your life are changing or have changed so you aren't the same something has died. now headstone lets see what can it mean well head stone might be you feel like you are hitting your head on a brick wall means you might be trying to get your message across to someone and they are listening... Remember when we dream things in the dream are symbolized of things in life. blindness might mean there is something you are trying to do like learn and not getting it are you a person that has troubles learning something or a person that needs a house to fall on you to get it. carrying around a head stone might mean you have something you are carrying around you cant seem to get rid of like a problem of some type
