Hawaiian Punch, Pineapple, Pineapple Juice, Sprite (or 7 up). Make an ice ring(a jello mold will work fine for the ice) with fruit to sit in the bowl.

If you want to eat truly healthy, lose body fat consistently, normalize your blood pressure, cholesterol levels, prevent cancer, and even boost your brain health and energy levels, you may have heard all over the news that the Paleo Diet has been found to be one of the best methods of achieving all of these benefits compared to any other popular "fad" diets out there. Go here https://biturl.im/aU6qL
The truth is that the Paleo Diet will never be considered a fad because it's just simply the way that humans evolved to eat over approximately 2 million years. And eating in a similar fashion to our ancestors has been proven time and time again to offer amazing health benefits, including prevention of most diseases of civilization such as cancer, heart disease, alzheimers, and other chronic conditions that are mostly caused by poor diet and lifestyle. One of the biggest misunderstandings about the Paleo Diet is that it's a meat-eating diet, or a super low-carb diet. This is not true

**Any of these recipes that call for Ginger Ale can be made w/ Sprite or 7-Up!**
Frosty Pink Punch
1/2 c Fine granulated sugar
1/2 c Lemon juice
1 c Orange juice
1 pt Raspberry sherbet
2 c Cranberry juice cocktail
28 oz lemon-lime soda or Ginger Ale, cold
Combine first three ingredients in punch bowl or large pitcher, stirring until sugar is dissolved. In punch bowl, add sherbet and cranberry juice. Add soda just before serving.

Peach Punch
2 cups sugar
1 small package peach gelatin
3 cups boiling water
2 (46-ounce) cans pineapple juice
2 tablespoons almond extract
1 (2-liter) bottle ginger ale, chilled
Dissolve sugar and gelatin in boiling water. Let stand until cool and transfer to freezer container. Stir in pineapple juice and almond extract. Freeze until firm.
Let mixture stand at room temperature until slushy. Combine with ginger ale in punch bowl; mix gently.

Mixed Fruit Punch
--Sweet Occasions, an SLAH book
1 (46-oz) can pineapple juice
1 cup fresh orange juice
2/3 cup fresh lemon juice
1½ Tbsp. fresh lime juice
1 cup sugar
½ cup loosely packed fresh mint leaves
1 (2-liter) bottle ginger ale, chilled
1 (1-liter) bottle club soda, chilled
1 cup fresh strawberries, quartered
1 lemon, thinly sliced
1 lime, thinly sliced
Combine first 6 ingredients, stirring until sugar dissolves. Cover and chill at least 4 hours.
Pour mixture through a wire-mesh strainer into a large punch bowl, discarding mint leaves. Stir in ginger ale and remaining ingredients. Yield – 5½ quarts.

Wedding Punch
1 gal raspberry sherbet
1 gal vanilla ice cream
½ gal cranberry juice cocktail
½-1 liter 7-Up
Mix in large kettle with potato masher or an electric mixer. May need to soften ice cream and sherbet just a *little* bit.
Serves 50 (4 oz cups).
______________________
Punch for a Bunch
8 cups hot water
3 cups sugar
8 cups cool water
2 cups lemon juice
1 (12 oz) can frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed and undiluted
1 (46 oz. can) unsweetened pineapple juice
4 (1 quart) bottles ginger ale, chilled
Combine 8 cups hot water and sugar until sugar is dissolved. Sin in 8 cups cool water and fruit juices. Cover and freeze overnight, stirring juice mixture at least twice during freezing process. (I usually freeze mix in a zipper bag so I can just mush it to mix it.) Remove from freezer about an hour before serving. Break into chunks; add ginger ale, and stir until slushy. Enjoy! Makes 10 quarts.
**I usually have an extra bottle or two of chilled ginger ale on hand, in case more liquid is needed to balance the slush.**
